These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WhatD (https://whatd.ai), a voice-enabled AI executive assistant platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

WhatD provides a voice-first automation interface designed to unify your digital workspace. By linking third-party accounts (such as Google Workspace), the platform automates workflows—like sending emails or creating calendar events—using natural language commands.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Eligibility: You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use WhatD.

• Account Credentials: You log into WhatD using Google Single Sign-On (SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree not to use WhatD to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.

• Transmit, generate, or execute commands containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.

• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the infrastructure of WhatD or connected Google APIs.

• Generate fraudulent emails, spam, or unauthorized automated communications.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Google Access

WhatD interacts directly with your Google Workspace environment at your explicit instruction. You acknowledge that WhatD is dependent on the availability and continuous compatibility of third-party APIs. We are not responsible for any modifications, disruptions, or data loss originating directly from your external third-party accounts or Google service outages.

5. Limitation of Liability

WhatD is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or productivity resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant material changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of WhatD after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
