Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 23, 2026

Welcome to WhatD (https://whatd.ai). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how WhatD collects, processes, and protects your information when you use our voice-enabled AI executive assistant.

1. Information We Process

• Voice and Audio Data: WhatD operates as a voice-first interface. When you issue a voice command, your audio input is captured and converted to text strictly for execution. We do not store, retain, or save your voice recordings or text transcripts on our servers. Once your command is processed and executed, the voice and text data are permanently erased from our active memory.

• Google Workspace Data: To execute your voice commands (e.g., scheduling meetings, sending emails, or finding files), WhatD connects to your Google Workspace account via OAuth. We temporarily access specific data required to perform the action, such as your Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive metadata.

2. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

WhatD’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only access your Google data to fulfill explicit, user-initiated actions.

• We do not use your Google Workspace data to serve advertisements.

• We do not transfer your Google Workspace data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the product, or to comply with applicable law.

3. Third-Party AI Subprocessors

To convert your voice to text and understand complex commands, WhatD may securely route your transient data to third-party artificial intelligence processors (such as OpenAI or Anthropic APIs). All data sent to these third-party subprocessors is handled under enterprise-grade strict privacy agreements, ensuring your data is not used to train external AI models.

4. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard administrative and technical security measures (including end-to-end encryption in transit) to safeguard your temporary session data against unauthorized access or alteration.
